Words of wisdom/compassion/love???
by unique1 inok, my parents are shunning me, but i refuse to do the same to them.
i do not believe it is proper to shun people and i won't be led by their guidelines.
i am sending my parents an anniversary gift and card.

Unique1, share that special moment in time you will cherish forever to remind them that your are forever their little girl, everytime Daughters bring up moments when they were young, Fathers remember.. trust me. your Mother gave you your life, I hope she never forgets that.

Is a Dead Bunny Funny?
by OUTLAW injust had a buddy up to the ranch.this is his story:.....a friend of mine saw his dog with a dead animal in his mouth covered in dirt..it was a dead bunny..not any dead bunny..this was the nieghbours family pet bunny..my friend was shocked and didn`t know what to do.he knew the nieghbours would get very upset that his dog had killed their pet bunny..the nieghbours weren`t home right now,so he came up with a plan..he cleaned the dirt off of the dead bunny and put it back in it`s pen and hurried home..a little while later,the nieghbours came home..a few days later my friend and his nieghbour had a chat..the nieghbour was angry and upset..the nieghbour said:"last week our family pet bunny died.the kids were upset and cried.so me and the mrs thought we`d have a funeral for the bunny with the kids and give it a nice burial..well,a few days ago,some sick bastard dug the bunny out of the grave and put it in it`s pen."..lol!

Little children deserve to die at Armageddon
by jambon1 infor the life of me, i cannot work this one out.
it disturbed me when i was a jw and it now just makes me plain angry.. here are some comments from ministerial servants & elders on this subject, which i heard when i was in:.
"you know, a while ago, people used to object to the idea of children dying at armageddon but nowadays there is a spirit in kids (massive generalisation), which just seems to make them fit for destruction.

I have had a problem with this notion for a long time too. but it's the same confusion I feel when I try and reason all the young children of various ages who died that HORRIBLE death during the flood or all the children that must of been there due to all the immoral activity in Sodom and Gomorrah, fire from heaven you know. what death's do all of us fear worst, drowning and burned to death have to be right up there.
Before anyone says it, I'm not questioning God, just the Bible. he created the universe after all, having a plan to spare the innocent would of been easy. these stories are tough to work out for me.

How do you feel about Tatoos?
by Fisherman ini feel very offended and distrurbed when i see people covered with tatoos.
some people have tatoos all over their bodies, even on their faces.
there are also tatoo programs on the tlc channel that children can watch without a forewarning before the show comes on.

Ones personal choice, period. I don't have any but my Daughter has many of them. I personally don't like them but to each his own.
Is it just me or does it seem more and more people these days are getting tat's? my only hope is, anyone who gets them does it because they truly want to and not because it's so popular right now. my feeling is, fad's come and go and it's much easier to change ones clothing or hair style than tatoo removal. I wonder if that line of work one day will explode. if not, Florida, Arizona and California will have some scary, tough looking senior citizens someday!
Oh I forgot, a tatoo's done in ones twenties will one day give way to gravity, a thought to ponder.. yikes!
In fairness, the artwork done most of the time is amazing and beautiful.
